mpemtrans 0.1.0 preview 2

DE: Vorabversion des PEM-/cryptlib-Konverters. Passende Architektur auswaehlen,
entpacken und die README im Archiv lesen. Mystic A49 BinkP TLS 1.2 unter Linux mit cryptlib 3.4.5 erfolgreich getestet.
Fuer andere Kombinationen sind eigene Handshake-Tests notwendig.

EN: Preview of the PEM/cryptlib converter. Select your architecture, extract
and read the included README. Native Linux Mystic A49 BinkP TLS 1.2 with cryptlib 3.4.5 passed. Other
Mystic handshake combinations require separate qualification.

Windows: static OpenSSL, no separate OpenSSL DLL.
Linux: system OpenSSL 3 libcrypto required.
cryptlib: external library; executable directory searched before system paths.
